HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

To start a return request, please contact our support team at b2b@badbabelips.com  within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason for your return.
Once we receive your request, we will review it in line with our returns policy and confirm via email whether your return has been approved, along with instructions on where to send the item.
Any items sent back to us without prior approval may not be accepted or processed.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

Your return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
We can only accept returned items if they are unopened, unused, and in their original condition.
Any items returned to us that do not meet our returns criteria will be sent back to you. Please note that items purchased as part of a set must be returned as a full set — we do not accept individual items from a set.
We are unable to assist with queries relating to purchases not made directly on our website. For orders placed through any of our retailers, please contact them directly — details can be found on their individual websites. Any resolution provided will be in line with their store policies and entirely at their discretion.
If you have received an item that appears faulty, we’re sorry about this. Please contact our support team here   with your order details and a photo of the fault, and a member of our team will be happy to help.
If your order came with a free gift, it must be returned together with the other items in your order.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on any gift cards.

ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR RETURNS?

You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Your original shipping charges are non-refundable.

HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Your refund will be processed once your return has been received and inspected.
Your return will be inspected within 14 days of receipt.
We aim to process your return as soon as possible; however, please allow up to 14 days during busy periods such as Black Friday and Christmas.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used on your order.
Refunds can take up to 72 hours to appear in your account after being issued.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Bad Babe is not responsible for any returns lost in transit via the postal service. We strongly recommend sending returns back to us via a fully tracked shipping service.
Please note that we do not offer refunds for products due to personal dislike. If you believe an item in your order is faulty or damaged, please send photos of the damage/fault to our support team.
All returns are monitored to prevent misuse or abuse of our return policy. We reserve the right to review and revoke return privileges for customers flagged for excessive returns, and to refuse service to anyone.
